Volleyball all night! Have fun! Be creative!

What to Expect

❋ General information

The event starts in the evening and continues until the early morning. A detailed time schedule will be shared after registration. This tournament is designed as more than just a competition. Alongside the matches, there will be music, creative side activities, and social areas to make it a complete night experience.

The theme will be “Everything, but volleyball”, so come in any sports attire, but volleyball and be creative!

❋ Structure

We have different poules. Depending on your level (advanced, intermediate, beginner) we divide you over the poules. We will start around 22:00, and finish at 6:00. There will be breakfast provided and snacks during the night to keep you going!

  • Indoor sports shoes (mandatory)

  • Sports clothing (not volleyball!!)

  • Water bottle

  • Towel

  • A reusable cup (if possible)

In between matches, participants can enjoy a variety of extra activities. We want everyone to stay engaged and entertained throughout the event. This ensures that the night remains active and social, even when your team is not playing.

Examples of side activities include creative rooms, small games, and relaxed social areas.

Beer and soft drinks will be sold separately during the event. Alcohol is not permitted outside or in the sporthall itself.

  • Create a team of 7-12 people

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a refund.

  • After signing up, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure!
